Schedule Key*

Tiny Tigers are 3 to 5 year olds all belts 

Youth White to Green Belt are 7 to 12 Year old beginners with less than one year experience

Youth Green & Red are 7 to 12 Year old Intermediate students with 1 to 2 years experience

Youth Red & Up are 7 to 12 year old advanced students with 2 or or more  years experience

*** There are some classes that have the Green with 2 stripes together with the red belts & some that that Green with 1 stripe & below together with the White to Green. Please pay close attention to this.

Adult classes are for 13 & up unless otherwife posted 

Students can come up to 3 Days per week unless you are in BBC or MC in which case you can come to unlimited classes

Students pick on Day our Mon/Tues, one day our of WEd/Thur, and one day out of Fri/Sat.

Students should also practice a minimum of 15 minutes a day at home.
